Hi all,
I have seen the AudioFlinger sources where it is always tries to set the
channel count to 1.
I have a TWL4030 ASOC audio codec,
when recording is initiated it starts giving error saying
*I/AudioHardwareALSA( 777): Initialized ALSA CAPTURE device
AndroidRecord_Headset_normal
D/AudioHardwareALSA( 777): Set CAPTURE PCM format to S16_LE (Signed 16 bit
Little Endian)
E/AudioHardwareALSA( 777): Unable to set channel count to 1: Invalid
argument
E/AudioFlinger( 777): Error reading audio input
E/AudioFlinger( 777): Error reading audio input
*
But, when i record audio using alsa utils like amixer and arecord
Every thing is working fine.
I understand some thing is missing,
I am blanc for where to look at.
Any suggestions please
