how to setup Google checkin server to dispatch OTA update package

Hi,

Anybody investigating OTA update in Android? Is there any guide or document
about how to setup Google checkin server to dispatch FOTA update package to
Android phone? From the source code the update is base on file replacement,
does that mean if a class file in apk package is changed we have to replace
the whole apk file instead of just replace the class file? Is there any tool
to generate the delta package and update script used for OTA update?
