How would one go about setting it up? I have the diamond for Sprint. I
want to rid of WinMo as soon as possible.

Of course it's possible!

I got my Diamond about a week ago and I'm working on that.
So far, I am positive that the kernel decompresses itself and that
the actual kernel entry point is reached.

I'll report any significant progress I make.

It's not a matter of "if", it's a matter of "when". I hope sooner :)

WIndows Mobile is a piece of crap imo!

If G1 and Diamond have basicaly the same HW. Then it should be
possible to crack the G1 and port an ISO to the Diamond! Just getting
Android running on a Diamond is not the biggest problem. But to have
the same features as the G1 is the best way to start. To develop and
optimize features and apps for a basic Android could take months or
even years to have a stable Diamond with G1 featues.

And what about the htc touch pro? I would assume the pro would be more
like the G1 than the diamond. The Diamond would REQUIRE an onscreen
keyboard as well. Did that come out yet?
